Summer season is on its peak. Due to green house effect, temperature of earth is increasing day by day and summer season is just going to add more heat to it. So this is time to take extra care and precautions to escape from bad effects of the heat on health and body. In this post, I am going to discuss some tips which can help you in staying cool and healthy this summer.

Drink Water: In summer, your body needs much more water so just drink as much water as you can. Drink water and always keep a water bottle with you while going outside. Don’t drink when you are sweating. You may also drink other variants of water such as juice, milk shake, and soft drinks. Avoid extreme cold foods and drinks. Ice cream is also a good option for beating the effect of summer.
Eat light, small, and frequently: Take juice, fruits in breakfast, and take light lunch and dinner. Include salad and curd in your meals. Do not eat too much in one go, eat frequently.
Wear full-sleeved, loose cotton clothes: Wear light color, loose cotton clothes to protect your body from sun. Also use a hat and sunglasses to avoid direct contact of sun.
Do not avoid sickness: If you are ill, go to doctor. Do not ignore it as it may affect your health badly later.

The best way to beat the heat is to take good care and precautions and use some extra measures to stay healthy and cool.
